QT2 Mission Plan - 12-week running training plan developed for, and around, the individual athlete's strengths and weaknesses. The training plan includes an overview of the training phases and progression of development. Each of the athlete's workouts are included in a personalized online training log. The athlete will also have complete access to QT2's community of athletes and coaches through the online forum where training support and resources can be found. This gift certificate is valued at $323, and may be applied to plans greater than 12 weeks in length.
